About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Designer - Digital Experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all flier-facing elements of OpenAir's website and mobile app to deliver an exceptional user experience.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer-centric design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will be expected to understand business goals, challenge requirements, and use data-driven insights to inform design decisions.

  • Practice and promote customer-centric thinking
  • Own and drive design problems from ideation through to execution
  • Build relationships and collaborate with UX Research, Product Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations, and Marketing teams

You will be responsible for creating user scenarios, user journeys, wireframes, UI designs, and prototypes throughout the product development process. Your high-fidelity assets and specs should be ready for engineering.
