Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Semiconductor Software Professional to join our team. This role combines software development with regional customer support responsibilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain software for semiconductor equipment systems.
  2. Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving software-related issues.
  3. Provide on-site technical support to customers across the Asia-Pacific region.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.
  5. Participate in documentation, testing, and version control processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Proficient in C# and .NET development.
  • Good knowledge with Microsoft Visual Studio.
  • Familiar with Git for version control and Jira for issue tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the APAC region to support customer sites.
Preferred Skills

Experience with SECS/GEM protocols for semiconductor equipment communication and basic understanding of image processing concepts or tools are preferred.
