Job Opportunity Overview

This role involves working as a physical therapist, providing treatment and services to patients at various locations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong clinical skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patient care plans to increase or maintain function, minimize or prevent disability, and assist patients in reaching their maximum performance levels.
  • Manage the full patient cycle, including initial evaluation, treatment planning, progress notes, discharge summaries, and follow-up appointments.
  • Accompany patients during physician visits and mentor new staff members.
  • Establish professional relationships with referral sources, including physicians, healthcare professionals, and other relevant parties.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
  • Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the field preferred.
  • Certification/Licensure: Active clinician license or compact privileges in the state where services will be provided prior to beginning assignments.
  • Knowledge and Technical Skills: Current CPR Certification.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
