Sustainability Development Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will assist in measuring and reporting product carbon footprints, develop and implement the company's decarbonization roadmap, and support sustainability audits and compliance activities.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating a more sustainable world, has excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure and report product carbon footprints using industry-leading software and methodologies
  • Develop and implement the company's decarbonization roadmap, including setting targets and tracking progress
  • Support sustainability audits and compliance activities, ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards of environmental stewardship
  • Analyze resource consumption data and recommend improvement opportunities to reduce waste and emissions
  • Assist in planning and executing sustainable events and initiatives that promote environmental awareness and education

Requirements:

  • Passion for creating a more sustainable world and commitment to environmental stewardship
  • Self-starter with high drive and initiative, able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex sustainability concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with industry-leading software and tools

  • Experience in sustainability consulting, research, or academia
  • Familiarity with industry-leading software and tools, such as carbon footprinting software and sustainability dashboards
