Job Overview:
Elevate your career as a key member of our global Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) team. This role requires an individual with expertise in ESG initiatives and sustainability reporting frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the Senior Vice President of ESG in developing and implementing GLP's sustainability policy and initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with various business functions globally to obtain data, develop reports and execute operational ESG initiatives aligned with the company's goals. Key responsibilities include:
1. Reviewing and producing ESG-related information in presentation materials and other content
2. Providing up-to-date data and talking points for internal and external stakeholders
3. Assisting fund management and investment teams with ESG due diligence processes and monitoring
4. Supporting annual reporting to GRI, TCFD, SASB, PRI and ESG rating agencies
5. Managing materials, training and calendars on the ESG intranet

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. At least 3 years of ESG-related working experience in real estate, investment banking, private equity or ESG consulting
2. Demonstrated understanding of how ESG works in a business and investment context
3. Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI, CDP, SASB, GHG Protocol, PRI and GRESB
4. An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and experience working in a multicultural environment
