Job Title: Math and Science Education Leader

We are seeking a visionary academic leader to spearhead the development and implementation of our math and science curriculum. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in education, leadership, and teaching expertise.

About the Role
  • Develop and refine curriculum frameworks to ensure high-quality teaching standards.
  • Customize educational programs and assessments to foster innovative learning methodologies.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and evaluations of curriculum, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify manpower needs and develop strategic workforce plans.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes teacher motivation and growth.
  • Collaborate with training teams to enhance teaching standards through classroom observation and coaching.
  • Work closely with administrative staff to streamline schedules, allocate resources, and manage staff absences.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An advanced degree in Science, Math, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles and prior teaching experience.
  • Proven supervisory skills and good understanding of the education sector.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
