Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute risk-based process audits to ensure timely completion of audit assignments.
  • Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Identify control gaps and make practical recommendations to mitigate risks and improve processes.
  • Prepare draft audit reports and communicate with process owners and stakeholders on audit findings and recommended action plans.
  • Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and agreed action plans.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in internal audit and/or financial, operational, compliance audit.
  • Good knowledge of internal control and risk assessment frameworks.
  • Meticulous self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build good working relationships with stakeholders.
