Musculoskeletal Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Musculoskeletal Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of human anatomy and be able to apply evidence-based massage techniques to promote relaxation and relieve pain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their symptoms, medical history, and desired results.
- Evaluate clients to locate painful or tense areas of the body.
- Manipulate muscles or other soft tissues of the body to provide treatment.
- Provide clients with guidance on stretching, strengthening, overall relaxation, and how to improve their posture.
- Document clients' conditions and progress.
- Develop personalized therapy and treatment plans for clients.
- Adhere to professional ethics and standards of practice.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
- Continuing education to improve skills and learning new techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
