Facilities Management Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to lead the operations and maintenance of our campus facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building operations, facilities management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance of facilities within a campus and/or region.
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients.
  • Communicates to clients regarding regional facilities performance.
  • Manages the operations and maintenance of facilities within a cluster.
  • Manages facilities staff to deliver expected service levels to the client.
  • Develops policies and procedures to ensure that client contract specifications are fulfilled.
  • Prepares presentations to management and client to obtain approval for projects.
  • Develops and recommends strategic facility management objectives for clients.
  • Responsible for facility inspections for quality assurance on a periodic basis.
  • E nsures facility procedures comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of six years of related progressive experience and/or training.
  • Bachelor's degree is desired, with focus on business, technical or management areas.
  • CFME candidates will have an added advantage.
