About the Role:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and products. Your primary responsibility will be to implement and assist on quality management matters.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Implementing and assisting on quality management matters
  • Performance of internal audits and record checking to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation standards and contract requirements
  • Manage the Document Control system
  • Review processes and ensure subcontractors comply and complete their work according with contract requirements
  • Conduct assessments and review of subcontractors' performance
  • Identify areas for improvement in audit and/or assessment processes
  • Prepare monthly reports on the quality of works and services performed by team and subcontractors

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess Diploma in any field
  • Knowledge and understanding of quality standards
  • Experience in IFM related field or Fresh Grads are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Possess skillsets in audit management, data collection and analysis, quality and internal controls
  • Leading by example, displaying honesty
  • Effective communicator with the ability to problem solve
  • A self-independent team player with a growth mind
