Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the quality assurance of ByteDance's live-streaming products;
  • Deeply involved in the product development process, coordinate with various roles to continuously deliver products with high quality;
  • Improve product quality and efficiency through technical means such as tool platform development, automated testing and performance testing;
  • Prospective technology research and application, applying appropriate technology to improve business quality.

Requirements:

  • BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent majors, with at least one year of native or backend quality assurance experience;
  • Good computer foundation, master at least one of the programming languages: Python, Java, Go, PHP;
  • Abilities to design and execute complete testing plans for complex projects;

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent majors
  • Good logical thinking and team communication skills;
  • Having systematic work experience in automated testing, performance testing, and quality system construction is preferred.
