Automotive Technician Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to fill the position of Automotive Technician. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine servicing, inspections, and preventive maintenance on vehicles.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Ensure all repair and maintenance work is completed in accordance with manufacturer standards.
  • Assist in the installation and testing of automotive components and systems.
  • Maintain accurate service and repair records.
  • Uphold workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with workshop guidelines.
  • Provide technical support and advice to colleagues and customers when required.
Requirements:
  • NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent in Automotive Engineering/Technology or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Automotive Technician/Mechanic, preferably with passenger vehicles.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
  • Familiarity with EV (Electric Vehicle) systems and components will be an added advantage.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to continuously upgrade technical knowledge and skills.
