Job Title: Project Delivery Innovation Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to collaborate and innovate with our team.

  • Shaping the agenda and tracking the progress of overall project delivery and key digital transformation/change initiatives
  • Developing innovative products, upskilling sales teams, and implementing advanced customer engagement platforms
  • Working closely with program stakeholders to enhance market competitiveness and operational efficiency through investments in systems, distribution, people, and processes
Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving and implementing enterprise transformation projects and strategies
  • Leading medium to large-scale, change and transformational initiatives
  • Delivering transformative efforts towards success
Required Skills and Qualifications:

A successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading medium to large-scale, change and transformational initiatives. The ideal candidate will also have expertise in delivery planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk management, coupled with a deep understanding of resource optimization.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
  • Skilled in aligning programme objectives with strategic business goals, ensuring that projects are delivered well and contribute to overall vision of change /transformation
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders towards common goals, ensuring alignment and commitment to programme objectives
  • Expertise in identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring that project delivery is resilient and adaptive to changing circumstances
  • Strong communication skills, capable of articulating project/program strategies, progress, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous learning
  • Show friendliness, empathy, courtesy, understanding, and politeness to others
  • Encourage, inspire, and guide others toward accomplishing the common goal

  • Experience in working in a diverse organisation across front to back business processes
  • Tertiary education
