Job Title: Financial Solutions Advisor

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Financial Solutions Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients seeking business financing solutions, providing expert advice on various loan products, and guiding clients through the application process to achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Engage Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and individual borrowers for business financing opportunities.
  • Financial Advisory: Provide professional advice on various loan products, including business loans and working capital financing, to ensure clients make informed decisions.
  • Loan Application Management: Guide clients through the loan application process from document collection to loan approval, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan disbursement and client acquisition, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
  • Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with clients by offering post-loan services, such as financial planning and budgeting, to maintain high client retention rates.
  • Compliance: Ensure all loan applications comply with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
