As a Special Education Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in helping students with special needs reach their full potential.

• Assess students' skills to determine their learning requirements and develop tailored teaching plans that cater to their diverse needs.

• Adapt lessons to ensure inclusive and effective learning experiences for all students.

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that address the unique needs and goals of each student.

• Plan, organize, and assign activities that are specifically designed to meet the abilities and strengths of each student.

• Provide individualized instruction and mentorship to students, both in group settings and one-on-one.

• Regularly review and update IEPs to reflect students' progress, adjust instructional strategies, and set new goals.

• Collaborate with parents, teachers, counselors, and administrators to ensure a comprehensive understanding of students' progress and goals.

• Support students as they transition from grade to grade and after graduation, promoting a smooth and successful progression.
