Job Title

A senior semiconductor engineer is required to join a dynamic team of professionals in the photo process department. Key responsibilities include optimizing process capability, performing shift duties, implementing projects, and troubleshooting issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize process capability to meet operational needs
  • Perform shift duties to support production
  • Implement projects to maintain process capabilities and reliability
  • Troubleshoot process issues and establish best-known methods for future reference
  • Monitor and control process performance indices such as Cpk
  • Work with both equipment and manufacturing engineers to achieve module objectives
  • Start up new equipment processes involving process characterization and development
  • Establish and maintain a good audit system for internal and QA audits on process documentation
  • Troubleshoot out-of-control situations and decide lot disposition in an out-of-spec situation
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment; fresh graduates welcome to apply
  • Basic engineering knowledge including semiconductor devices theory, electronics, digital principles, and wafer fabrication processes
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft business applications
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Possess logical thinking skills
  • Team player
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Positive learning attitude
  • Able to take pressure under time-constrained situations
  • Detail-oriented
