Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Activity Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities comply with regulations and client requirements.

  • Understand project specifications, construction drawings, and monitor site works to ensure method statements and work procedures are followed.
  • Supervise structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's work site.
  • Ensure the builder executes work in accordance with Consultant's instructions.
  • Check drawings for discrepancies and suggest possible solutions to prevent delays.
  • Conduct quality inspections and quality control of materials used for the project.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Proper documentation of site inspection records, safety records, and approved/as-built drawings.
  • Maintain and update site records on progress of work, housekeeping, and prepare reports.
  • Verify contractors' progress payment, claim in terms of work done and materials/equipment delivered and stored on site.
  • Witness all inspection, testing, and commissioning sessions performed by contractors to ensure compliance with designs and specifications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in supervision of residential buildings.
  • Resident Technical Officer Certificate accredited by IES/ACES.
  • Conversant in statutory code and requirements.

Preferred skills and qualifications include:

  • Construction expertise.
  • Quality Control knowledge.
  • Asbuilt Drawing skills.
  • Teamwork abilities.
  • Civil Engineering background.
