Job Description:
  • Develop and manage new business contacts and client relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with headquarters on proposals, tenders, and technical documentation to ensure seamless operations.
  • Lead negotiations to secure new contracts and contribute to business development.
  • Mentor junior sales profiles and provide on-the-job training to enhance team performance.
  • Attend technical and regulatory training sessions to stay up-to-date on local standards and industry trends.
  • Represent the company at on-site meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of proven experience in sales within the facades, windows, doors, or related sectors.
  • Excellent commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Basic knowledge of local building regulations (BCA/MOM) and proficiency in AutoCAD for interpreting and modifying technical drawings.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to learn Italian through company-provided training.
