Aquatic Sales and Support Professional

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Aquatic Sales and Support Professional to join our aquarium team. As a key member of our team, you will be the friendly face of our store, assisting customers with everything from selecting the perfect fish and plants to choosing the right tank and accessories.

You will share your expertise about aquatic ecosystems, offer expert advice, and ensure our customers have everything they need to create thriving underwater worlds at home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with product selection and answering questions about aquatic life and care.
  • Aquatic Display Maintenance: Maintain the health and cleanliness of our aquatic displays, ensuring a vibrant and appealing environment for our fish and other inhabitants.
  • Sales and Inventory Management: Handle sales transactions and manage inventory of aquarium products.
  • Educational Support: Educate customers on proper fish care, tank maintenance, and water quality.
  • Merchandising and Store Maintenance: Assist with merchandising and ensuring the store is always tidy and well-stocked.
Requirements:
  • Passion for Aquariums: A genuine passion for aquariums, fish, and all things aquatic.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential if you have the right attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and animal welfare.
