Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume a key role within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of banking systems and expertise in data lake platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate banking business needs into technical specifications for data solutions.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to design and validate pipelines and analytics workflows.
  • Analyze banking processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Support data governance initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder reviews.
  • Create process maps and documents.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies related to banking systems.
  • Prepare executive-level reports to communicate insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks or similar technologies.
  • Strong understanding of banking systems (e.g., CASA, Lending, Payments).
  • Familiarity with data modeling, ETL pipelines, and cloud-based data platforms.
  • Proficiency in tools like SQL, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Power BI.
