**Job Title:** Production Technician


Job Description:

This role involves working with various machines and processes to set up production orders as per requirement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing product conversion, machine setup, and in-process inspection during production.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering field is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and mass production with a cleanroom environment is necessary.
  • The candidate should have experience in backend semicon machinery: Die Attach, Wire Bond, Ball Bonder, Encapsulation, Testers, etc.
  • Able to understand and use basic measuring equipment is essential.
