Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities: To ensure a safe and healthy environment for students, monitor their activities, maintain discipline and address any concerns.
  • Student Support: Foster positive relationships with students, provide emotional support, encourage participation in structured activities and help them reach their full potential.
  • Programme Coordination: Assist in planning, implementing and overseeing after-school programmes including enrichment activities, study sessions and recreational opportunities that promote student development.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with teachers to support students' holistic development, address behavioral concerns and ensure effective communication with parents and guardians.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate attendance records, track student progress and gather feedback when necessary to enhance the learning experience.
  • Contact Parents: Regularly communicate with parents about their child's attendance, behaviour and progress to build trust and foster a collaborative relationship.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of direct relevant working experience in after-school engagement services, preferably in a school environment.
  • First aid qualifications preferred, but first aid training will be provided if required.

Working Schedule - Monday to Friday: 2pm to 5pm (Only during school terms)
