About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Manager to lead our AI Product Engineering team in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing enterprise-grade AI products and services that leverage various AI/ML tools, including Large Language Models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of AI products and services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product owners, and development operations colleagues, to create value for our customers.
  • Develop and execute product plans, manage day-to-day activities of the development team, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality products.
  • Manage customer expectations, ensuring high standards in incident processing, quality of interactions, and fixes delivered.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software product development, with a focus on developing solutions for Artificial Intelligence.
  • Proven track record of building a culture of design excellence, developing high-impact products, and leading teams to execute on product visions.
  • Strong advocate for Agile development processes, with experience implementing well-run, agile processes in multiple functions.
  • Ability to communicate vision and strategy effectively to the team, partners, and clients.
  • Technical knowledge required to command the respect of high-octane engineering teams.
