We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking individual to take on the role of Director of Finance. This is a unique opportunity for a senior finance professional to make a meaningful impact on our organisation's financial strategy and operations.
About the PositionThe Director of Finance will provide strategic direction and oversight of our financial functions, ensuring long-term financial sustainability, compliance with relevant regulations, and effective stewardship of resources. Responsibilities include financial planning, budgeting, reporting, funding, and audit activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive financial roadmap aligned with our mission and goals.
- Provide guidance and support to executive leadership and governance bodies on performance, planning, and financial risk.
- Perform scenario modelling and financial analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process across departments.
- A minimum of 10-12 years of progressive senior finance and leadership experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, grant management, and audit readiness.

Preferred Qualifications:- Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA preferred.
