Job Description

As a Part-time Customer Service Representative at EDVOX MUSIC SCHOOL SP PTE. LTD., you will provide exceptional customer service to walk-in and call-in customers. Your responsibilities will include performing general administrative duties, recommending music courses, enrolling students, collecting school fees, and managing sales of books and music instruments. You will also be responsible for inventory management and assisting in statistical compilations related to payment backlogs, sales, fees revenue, student intake, and dropouts.

Requirements:

* Possess at least a GCE 'O' Level qualification
* Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel
* Excellent customer orientation skills with good interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work at least 3 days a week, including weekends, for a duration of 5 to 9 hours per day

You must be able to work flexible retail hours, including nights and weekends.
