We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our compliance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective change management plans to ensure seamless integration of new processes and systems;
  • Drive end-to-end development and implementation of regulatory compliant solutions across the organization;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Banking, Law, or Engineering from a recognized institution;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards;
