Assist residents with daily activities: Assist residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, and eating.

Support nursing staff: Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality care and achieving the best possible outcomes for residents.

Monitor and record vital signs: Monitor and record residents' vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.

Report changes: Report any changes in residents' condition to nursing staff immediately.

Provide companionship and emotional support: Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, enhancing their overall well-being.

Transport residents: Assist in transporting residents to appointments and activities, ensuring safe and timely arrival.

Communicate effectively: Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members, promoting open and honest communication.

Follow care plans: Follow established care plans and documentation procedures accurately and efficiently.
