Job Opportunity: ICT Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to join our team. As an ICT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with government stakeholders to contribute to public sector ICT strategies.

This is a 12-month contract with competitive salary and exposure to GovTech projects. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in industry engagement and supplier data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with stakeholders to manage engagement requests aligned with internal priorities
  • Prepare assessments and meeting briefs for management review
  • Log engagements and track follow-up actions to closure
  • Collate supplier data for analysis and reporting
  • Conduct research on ICT industry landscape
  • Support other engagement and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the ICT industry
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with basic data analysis capabilities
  • Familiarity with CRM applications and Tableau is an added advantage
