We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master & Business Analyst to join our software development team in the AMK area of Singapore.

Job Summary:

This hybrid role involves facilitating Agile practices and performing business analysis to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality web application systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading Scrum events, coaching Agile methodologies, and removing impediments that hinder team progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Scrum Events: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive team collaboration and improvement.
  • Coach Agile Practices: Guide the team in Agile methodologies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and quality.
  • Remove Impediments: Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the team's progress, ensuring timely delivery of projects and meeting customer expectations.
  • Manage Scrum Artifacts: Maintain the product backlog, sprint backlog, and burndown charts to provide visibility into project status and facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the point of contact between the development team and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
Business Analyst Duties:
  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and goals.
  • User Stories: Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Process Analysis: Analyze and document current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and recommending process enhancements.
  • Solution Design: Work with the development team to design solutions that meet business needs, leveraging expertise in Agile methodologies and technical skills.
  • Testing and Validation: Prepare test plans and test cases, executing them to ensure solutions meet requirements and deliver value to customers.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst in software development, preferably in a similar Agile environment.
  • Agile Knowledge: Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum, and ability to apply them effectively in a fast-paced software development environment.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with web application development and related technologies, including ...and more, allowing you to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with stakeholders, both within and outside the organization.
  • Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification is preferred, demonstrating your expertise in Scrum principles and practices.

The estimated salary range for this position is SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a 5-day workweek and a competitive benefits package.
