**Job Title:** Sales Enterprise Solutions Consultant

About the Opportunity: As a Sales Enterprise Solutions Consultant at Dayforce Singapore Pte. Ltd., you will be responsible for selling our HCM solutions to mid to large-sized companies in Asia. You will establish deep relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, develop sales pipelines through strategic value-based selling, and lead account planning processes to hit and surpass financial targets.

Key Responsibilities: Develop territories, manage sales pipelines, engage with prospect organizations, position Dayforce HCM solutions, lead account planning, and implement sales and marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for defining appropriate Dayforce HCM value propositions and driving their implementation.

Requirements: 3+ years of experience selling HR software solutions, SaaS consulting, or managed services to enterprise and mid-market companies. Proven success hitting revenue targets, strong pipeline and account management experience, and highly developed sense of accountability.
