About the Department
The Technology and Operations division encompasses five specialized teams, each with unique capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance, and planning support services. Our collaborative efforts leverage technology to enhance both physical and digital banking services and operations, focusing on the development, centralization, and standardization of technology systems and banking operations across our branches.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Project Management
Oversee comprehensive planning and tracking of infrastructure needs, including sizing and design, while collaborating with various stakeholders such as project leads and infrastructure architects to ensure successful execution. Assemble necessary resources for fulfilling infrastructure requirements, including sizing, design, construction, and implementation, in partnership with infrastructure architects, engineering teams, and build teams. Identify and suggest adjustments to plans in response to conflicting resources, timelines, or unrealistic expectations regarding infrastructure delivery and construction timelines. Monitor and evaluate the execution of each infrastructure initiative, recommending re-prioritization based on sensitivity, urgency, priority, and project type (e.g., compliance or regulatory) along with the necessary approval processes. Consolidate planned versus actual costs associated with delivering infrastructure projects, advising on cost optimization by merging similar infrastructure components and timelines.Required Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree coupled with a minimum of three to five years of experience in a project management capacity, ideally within a dynamic, multi-team environment managing 15 or more small to medium-sized projects concurrently. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in negotiation and conflict resolution. Strong attention to detail paired with innovative thinking. Capable of thriving under pressure and adhering to tight deadlines, demonstrating excellent time management skills.-
