Job Title: Sales Business Associate

This role provides crucial support to sales team members throughout the entire sales process.

Responsibilities:
  • Process paperwork, maintain accurate records, and update entries with regard to sales figures and key data points.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any documentation or sales-related issues.
  • Schedule appointments, perform administration tasks for jobs, respond to customer inquiries, and update customer order status in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate between internal and external parties, schedule jobs, projects, or deliveries.
  • Collect and distribute sales leads equally among sales team members.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum O level/ITE qualification.
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience in sales, related industry preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese clients who only speak Mandarin.
