Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and experienced Game Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing and designing game mechanics, levels, and narratives that align with our game project's vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive game design documents by fully scoping out game mechanics, progression, economies, analytics, narratives, and other related features.
  • Collaborate with the art and development teams and act as a single source of truth for design.
  • Iterate on game designs and balance in the engine based on playtest feedback and analytics.
  • Communicate design specifications and requirements clearly with key stakeholders.
  • Design new casual games and develop conviction for your design through research.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure that the quality of our games exceeds industry standards.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience as a Game Designer, with primary focus on mobile games.
  • Strong understanding of game design principles and player psychology.
  • Ability to think logically and solve complex design challenges.
  • Proficiency in Unreal Engine and Unity.
  • Proficiency in game design tools and software (Confluence, Notion, JIRA, Miro).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
