Job Title: Solar Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Project Manager to join our team at TREK TECHNOLOGY (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of solar projects, from project costing to handover of solar power systems to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to design and install solar power systems.
  • Manage projects from pre-to-post-construction, including site acceptance tests and handovers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and customers during the construction stage.
  • Conduct engineering site audits to collect site information for solar power system design.
  • Design solar panel layouts and electrical equipment.
  • Perform computer simulations to optimize solar PV system performance.
  • Create checklists for review or inspection of completed solar installation projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Cold call potential customers and identify prospects.
  • Plan and implement marketing activities to achieve targets.
  • Manage monthly billing and O&M for existing projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline (electrical or renewable engineering preferred).
  • Good technical understanding of solar PV systems.
  • Minimum two years of relevant work experience in solar and ESS fields.
  • Project management experience in engineering and construction.
  • Knowledge of energy modeling software (PVSyst, Helioscope) and AutoCAD.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with negotiation and resolution skills.
