  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients.
  • Relationship Management: Perform follow-up calls and maintain ongoing client relationships.
  • Policy Reviews: Conduct periodic policy reviews to ensure clients' coverage aligns with their evolving needs.
  • Application Support: Assist clients with policy applications and ensure all documentation is accurately completed.
  • Industry Updates: Stay updated with industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients, a proactive and self-motivated mindset, basic knowledge of financial and insurance products, a minimum Diploma or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, and a willingness to undergo relevant training and obtain necessary certifications/licenses.
