Senior Audit Supervisor

Job Summary:

  • Lead and manage a team of junior auditors in the planning, execution and delivery of audit assignments;
  • Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and provide strategic recommendations;
  • Develop and implement audit strategies to achieve client objectives and ensure compliance with relevant standards;
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge;
  • Provide training and coaching to develop employees' technical and soft skills;
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee progress and identify areas for improvement;
  • Identify and address any training or development needs within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field;
  • At least 4 years of experience in audit supervision or a similar role;
  • Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive results-oriented audits;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in accounting or a related field;
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or CA;
  • Experience with auditing software and spreadsheets;
