Duties:

  • Consolidate and analyze month-end data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with country finance teams to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Track KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive controllership framework.
  • Create budget and forecast templates, consolidate budget data, and present findings to management.
  • Pursue opportunities to improve reporting processes and standardize best practices across the organization.

Requirements:

  • CPA/CA certification.
  • 8-10 years of experience in managing P&L, planning, and forecasting.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Hyperion, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
