Senior Mechanical Design Lead

We are seeking a seasoned mechanical design professional to lead our team of engineers in designing precision mechanical machines and semiconductor equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project management, with experience in managing design projects, costing, and timelines. They will also possess excellent organizational skills, analytical thinking, and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers in designing precision mechanical machines and semiconductor equipment.
  • Manage project design costing and timeline control.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing team to develop Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
  • Work closely with the test development team to support manufacturing requirements.
  • Oversee and maintain development intellectual property.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in precision engineering, equipment, and automation design.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Deep knowledge of high-precision manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in semiconductor equipment and test automation is highly valued.
