We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Freight Customer Support Associate to join our team at MCi Career Services. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in daily bookings of cargo sales on our various airline products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Book capacity with airlines and confirm capacity with customers
  • Be familiar with the requirements of our various airline products and advise customers accordingly
  • Assist in administration of cargo bookings, e.g., loading flight reservations into the system/template and ensuring all data are accurately updated
  • Interface with multiple parties including customers, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc., on shipment requirements
  • Track and monitor shipment status and inform customers accordingly
  • Maintain good relationships with customers and handle their enquiries in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the Billing Team to provide accurate data for invoicing

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, e.g., airfreight customer service, co-loading, etc.
  • Familiar with CCN system and proficient in MS Office and Excel
  • Good communication skills and customer service-oriented
  • Flexible/adaptive to changes and meticulous to details
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
