About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inline Skating Coach to join our team at Alpha Skates PTE. LTD. As a Coach, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students of all ages and skill levels in the art of inline skating.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Foster a safe and fun learning environment for students of all ages and skill levels.
  2. Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of individual students and groups.
  3. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills and progress.
  4. Assist in the planning and execution of events and activities that promote the growth of inline skating as a sport and hobby.
  5. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective team approach.
  6. Contribute to the development and maintenance of our rental equipment and teaching materials.
  7. Participate in the planning and execution of logistics and administrative tasks related to running an inline skating school.
  8. Project a professional, confident, and caring image as a Coach.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for inline skating and a desire to share that passion with others.
  • Experience working with children and adults in a coaching or teaching capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of sports management and administration.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications

We welcome applications from individuals with:

  • HND or Diploma in Sports Management or a related field.
  • Experience in sports coaching or teaching.
  • Knowledge of sports psychology and child development.
