Job Description

The Senior Financial Strategist role at Arup involves driving high-impact financial initiatives that support the Asia Pacific region's strategic growth and transformation. This position requires partnering closely with the APAC CFO and other senior stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and report on strategic initiatives aimed at improving financial outcomes.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to the APAC CFO on key strategic and transformation initiatives across the region.
  • Influencing senior stakeholders through data-driven insights, clear communication, and strategic thinking.
  • Driving strategy planning, scenario modelling, and strategic decision-making to improve revenue growth, profitability margins, and operational efficiencies.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Degree or professional qualifications in business or finance.
  • Proven experience in FP&A, business partnering, finance transformation, data analytics, and/or strategy consulting.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex financial insights into actionable strategies.
