Role Overview:
A Senior Property Manager is required to oversee the management and maintenance of industrial properties, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves leading and coordinating with operations teams and service providers to address property-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management and maintenance of assigned industrial properties
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations
- Lead and coordinate with operations teams and service providers
- Implement property management best practices
- Monitor budgets and control expenses
- Prepare reports, lease agreements, and property valuations in a timely manner
- Manage procurement processes for service contracts
- Oversight of asset enhancement initiatives
- Provide insights on property management for new developments and leasing proposals
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvements
Requirements:
- Degree in Building, Real Estate Management, Facilities, Engineering, or equivalent
- 8-10 years' experience managing Business Parks, Industrial, or Commercial properties
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance
- Fire Safety Manager or Greenmark Facility Manager certification preferred
- Proficiency in Yardi system and Microsoft Office an advantage
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
