Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team at SEEBURGER, a leading global B2B software provider. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for accelerating business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the APAC region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the region.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and account development.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales management, solutions architects, and support teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Develop and deliver tailored value propositions to address business challenges and needs of target accounts.
- Negotiate and close deals to secure software, subscription license, and cloud services sales in new Greenfield accounts.
- Utilize CRM software to manage sales activities, track progress, and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in selling enterprise integration solutions, services, and/or cloud solutions to corporate prospects.
- Strong understanding of business applications used by target verticals, including ports and logistics, financial services, and manufacturing.
- Excellent prospecting, qualifying, sales cycle management, and negotiating skills.
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with a global team and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Knowledge of the APAC integration market, competitors, market initiatives, trends, and major solution vendors.
- Experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
- Excellent organization and time management skills, with a strong focus on meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
