Job Title: Chief Investment Officer

This is a senior leadership position that requires expertise in alpha strategy development and systematic trading. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and scaling quant trading teams within a Hedge Fund, Investment Banks, Prop Trading Firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of quantitative researchers, traders, and developers.
  • Define team structure, workflow, and performance benchmarks.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture.
  • Design and implement systematic trading strategies across equities, futures, FX, and/or other asset classes.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling quant trading teams.
  • Deep expertise in alpha strategy development and systematic trading.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or similar; familiarity with data pipelines and backtesting frameworks.
  • Experience managing PnL and performance attribution.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Education:
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering).
