Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Product Strategist to oversee regional marketing activities, collaborate with BU teams, and drive product evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of regional marketing activities for selected business units, collaborating closely with BU teams.
  • Collaboration with product managers and commercial marketing managers to identify functional requirements for new capabilities and enhancements.
  • Development and execution of pricing strategies in cooperation with BUs, ensuring regional and global price alignment.
  • Definition of target customers, segments, and product strategies across business units.
  • Regional market analysis to understand trends and requirements.
  • Establishment of policies and guidelines for product promotion, marketing, and pricing activities.
  • Definition and execution of product promotion and design win programs.
  • Support to sales teams with appropriate collateral for design-ins.
  • Joint work with Marcom and product teams on organizing global trade shows and exhibitions.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of semiconductor experience, preferably in a marketing function or product management role.
  • Good knowledge of pricing strategies, customer pricing negotiations, and product portfolio management.
  • Prior experience with Power Discrete products, especially Power MOSFET, THYRISTOR, DIODE, and IGBT, is advantageous.
  • Natural leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all teams within the company.
  • Advanced soft skills, intercultural competencies, and enthusiasm to navigate between customers, internal stakeholders, and management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and fluency in Chinese is a strong plus.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional and cross-regional activities and coordinate with business partners.
