Senior Hairstylist Job Description

As a senior hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients. Your role will involve working with clients to determine their hair care needs and preferences, and then providing them with tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences;
  • Determine the most effective hair care products and treatments for each client;
  • Perform various hair care services including shampooing, cutting, coloring, and highlighting;
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all clients are satisfied with their experience;
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to salon safety standards.
Requirements:
  • The ability to stand for extended periods of time;
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Exceptional customer service skills;
