Job Title:

Chief Technology Officer (Radio/Satellite)

Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead our company's technological vision and strategies. The CTO will be responsible for creating and implementing technology strategies that support the production and delivery of projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and champion the product management function across the organization
  • Work closely with product managers and development teams to define and execute product strategies
  • Drive the lifecycle of hardware products, particularly in communications, radio, and satellite terminals-from conception through to market delivery and sustainment
  • Ensure alignment of product development with market needs, customer requirements, and business growth goals
  • Guide go-to-market strategies and oversee product roadmap prioritization and performance metrics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with a strong background in product development and management of hardware products
  • Proven experience in communications technologies (radio, satellite, cellular) is highly preferred
  • Deep knowledge of product management frameworks and lifecycle management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects across engineering, R&D, and product units
