Job Title: Construction HR Administrator for Central RegionAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Administrator to join our team in the Central Region. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company's human resources and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update personnel files
  • Manage payroll processing for construction site workers, including calculating and processing wages, bonuses, overtime, and deductions
  • Coordinate and arrange training and development activities for employees
  • Provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Handle inquiries and requests from employees regarding HR-related matters
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role, preferably within the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and employee record management
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is SGD $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, annual leave, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
