Special Education Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a special education teacher. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and training students with special needs.
About the Role:This role requires a collaborative approach to teaching, training and supporting students. It involves planning and executing daily school programs, participating in curriculum planning, monitoring student behavior through data analysis and working collaboratively with a multi-professional team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans for students with special needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver inclusive educational programs
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior
- Participate in regular meetings with parents and guardians to discuss student progress
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognized polytechnic diploma or equivalent in special education
- Teaching qualifications or equivalent experience
- Experience working with children and youths with autism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
