Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of cleaners to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our clients' premises
  • Coordinate and schedule cleaning tasks and rotations to ensure that all areas are covered
  • Manage and maintain equipment and supplies inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are available
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and quality
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
  • Provide training and guidance to cleaners to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
Requirements
  • Proven experience in cleaning operations or facilities management
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
